Horrible experience with the used car salesmen and his supervisor. I told them I was paying full amount with no financing. Salesman told me the Jeep was ready for pick up. I went to pick up vehicle an supervisor. I told them I was paying full amount with no financing. Salesman told me the Jeep was ready for pick up. I went to pick up vehicle and it did not have the head rest and they Could not find them.. Vehicle had a small dent they said they could fix. On pick up they said they could not fix it. Told me that they would have a hitch on it but it did not. I completed the deal and signed all the paperwork and paid for it in full that day. The salesman called a week later and said they messed up the finances and wanted more money $1,500.00. I already had the vehicle for a week and had paid in full. Lastly they promised a spare key and this did not happen. They told me I would be contacted and now it has been 3 weeks with no call for the spare key. I have bought 3 new Jeeps from Firkins and love the experience. I will never go back and deal with the pre owned dealer with Firkins. More
