Fortunately, they were able to provide me with a loaner vehicle since it took more than a day to service. I like that I"m assigned a service representative to deal with but would be nice to also have the opportunity to talk directly with the mechanic that serviced the vehicle. Joe did a good job of going over the work that was needed and even offered a 10% discount. Bought my daughter a car there 5 months ago, went back for a used truck. A little bit more time negotiating then needed but overall a good experience.
