Denied Warranty Work Just a reminder for you folks who are thinking of buying a vehicle from this sorry excuse of a dealer. Firkin service dept had found two exhaust bolts Just a reminder for you folks who are thinking of buying a vehicle from this sorry excuse of a dealer. Firkin service dept had found two exhaust bolts broke on my 2013 Ram. When I ask if they would check into my warranty they reminded me I was over on the 5yr portion of my factory warranty but only had about 43K on my odometer so call Fiat service center. Now, Fiat service center was very kind and said no problem take it back to Firkin Dodge and that FIAT would cover the cost of the repair. NOT FIRKIN. So i did, and they told me I would have to pay for the repair before they would do the repair. I ask why,they said that this is what we are going to on this one. WHAT??? You mean you will not honor a warranty that FIAT is going to cover? So this went on for a couple of weeks. I finally took it to SUNSET DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP FIAT and they fix my problem with no questions ask. Thank you SUNSET DODGE!!! This will be the first of many post I will put on this sight. Helpful Fast and efficent I decided to lease a new dodge ram - i was shown every car that i expressed and interest in and all of the differences were described to me. Nothing but a bad experience I was quoted 93$ for two air filters that cost 23$ at the auto parts store. I was supposed to have one year of free oil changes with my vehicle purcha I was quoted 93$ for two air filters that cost 23$ at the auto parts store. I was supposed to have one year of free oil changes with my vehicle purchase and I ended up paying out of pocket for the oil change. The service itself was mediocre at best. I definitely will not recommend this service department to anyone going forward. More

I remember as I drove into the service bays very early in the morning, I was greeted by a young lady who smiled and wished me a good morning, then asked if she might help me. After I disclosed what I needed, she turned me over to “That Great Service Man, “RON”… who mediately took care of me…Later Ron approached me to disclose that other Warranty items had been taken care of also, and he was glad that the tech guy/s found the problem before sending me home with the danger of my van actually stopping somewhere on my way back home. Thank you, RON,! Side Note: While waiting for my service work to be completed, I walked over and talked with Mr. Gross on another matter that needed addressing. I was impressed with his sincere attitude toward the important matter. With that visit, a problematic situation was becoming much closer to a resolution. Thank you, Mr. Gross, for your cooperation. Oil Change - Tire Service I got a last minute appointment for an oil change and they found a nail in a tire so that was addresses at the same time.
