Great experience We started our day at a Ford dealership without much interest from the salesman and not really having what we were looking for in a new truck. Next st We started our day at a Ford dealership without much interest from the salesman and not really having what we were looking for in a new truck. Next stop was Another Dodge dealership that the salesman was helpful and found a vehicle we really liked but his boss couldnt even take the time to give us even a close estimate with us giving him a super low number on our trade in that we did not have with us and said we wouldn't hold them to anything until truck was there for them to inspect. We just wanted to know if we were in the ballpark. So we leave go get lunch very frustrated and disappointed and decided that we would try another time. We decided to make one more stop before going home to Firkins. Chris Richardson met us and within 10 minutes we were on the road in a truck that had everything we needed. Test drive was great Chris took us to his office got financing going and before we knew it we were back getting extended warranty and all of the financing explained to us by Carl Kovach. Carl was easy to understand and we had a really good time talking with him throughout the process. Thanks to Chris and Carl we will definitely recommend Firkins to anyone that asks us about buying a new vehicle. Frank Beck More

Oil change and recall damper Dropping off car was super quick and convenient. The waiting area is hugh, clean, and inviting. Love the free coffee, doughnuts, and bagels. Water Pump Gone Bad My water pump started leaking on Saturday and I took my car in to the dealership on Sunday and used the after hours Drop Box. Disappointed the service scheduled was not performed I scheduled recall service weeks in advance and on arrival (after waiting in the service waiting area for 30 minutes) learned that the parts needed (s I scheduled recall service weeks in advance and on arrival (after waiting in the service waiting area for 30 minutes) learned that the parts needed (steering box) were not ordered. I was advised I’d receive a call on arrival of the parts and I’ve yet to receive a call (two weeks post appointment). I’ve had great service in the past but this snafu was very disappointing and ow requires waiting and establishing another appointment. More
problem still not fixed I have a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. I brought it in for an oil change & asked why the 'Uconnect' drifts from the radio to 'aux device detected' FR I have a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. I brought it in for an oil change & asked why the 'Uconnect' drifts from the radio to 'aux device detected' FREQUENTLY- interrupting my radio listening. I was advised that the device needed a software update that would take 2+ hours to accomplish. I scheduled the appointment & after the software was updated, the Uconnect device didn't work at all. I was told that I needed a new display. I scheduled that, it was done- another 2 1/2+ hours at the dealership. After that, it still didn't work at all, I was told I needed a new radio. Another 2+ hours at the dealership. So now, after 7 hours at the dealership, the 'Uconnect' is working just exactly as it did before- it drifts without prompting to 'aux device' & interrupts my programs. I am beyond frustrated with all of this. The people at the dealership were nice & the waiting area is thoughtfully designed, but I can't say that I am impressed with all of this. More
