Difficult to trust I've had many interactions with Firkins, some good and some I wish I never had. I have never been able to make a deal with the sales team, most recent I've had many interactions with Firkins, some good and some I wish I never had. I have never been able to make a deal with the sales team, most recent being a 2019 Challenger Widebody Scat Pack. Saved $90/month with a lower residual on the same equipped car in Tampa. I felt like the sales team lacked knowledge about what they sell and they were just there to entertain customers. The service department is a little better but hasn't been successful with fixing all issues. I have a Ram Truck with wind noise that they can't find a solution to. Told me it was just the way the trucks are because the service tech has the same vehicle with the same problem. I've been able to alter the noise just by pressing on the window seal. My worst experience came from the body shop. The front bumper of my Challenger was thin on paint with primer showing through from the factory. They told me they were going to remove and completely repaint the bumper cover and then replace the rally stripes. What they did was remove only one of the six stripe sections on the bumper, mask off the other stripes and just repaint the visible front edge. The paint is now level with the vinyl and will show a line/step in the paint if the decal is ever removed. In the sun the blend job flashes really bad too. Presently in the middle of trying to get this one resolved. Update 11/16/19 Still going... Started all this 7/29/19 and still not done. Body shop ended up ordering a new bumper cover to paint and install after paint is fully cured. Took the car in for what was supposed to be 1 day to exchange the bumper and re stripe it. Bumper cover was perfect. Auto Trim & Design in Sarasota came to replace the stripes but brought the wrong width material (even though being told the sizes before hand). Firkins ended up taking the car to Auto Trim's shop the next day. Car was at thier shop for 8 hours for the bumper. They put the smaller material on anyway and cut the hood stripe gap to match. When they cut the stripe they cut into the paint. They also melted the upper grille while heating the vinyl. Now for another visit to evaluate the paint damage, replace the grille and re stripe from the hood down. Firkins damaged the perfect bumper cover while removing it to replace the grille causing them to order another and paint it, the hood also required repainting due to the cuts from the vinyl. The new bumper paint has a lot of orange peel and barely shines near the lower spoiler. It appears that a solvent rag was set on the new grille causing damage to the finish. Now I have to go back again to get the paint corrected and the grille replaced again. Mike, the body shop manager keeps trying to convince me to deal with it due to the risk involved with taking it apart again. I just want the car to look like it should have when it came from the factory. Update 12/14/19 Finally got the car back to the way it should have been from the factory. I feel Mike and Brian are sincerely apologetic for the issues that played out. The first attempt to correct the problem was without a doubt Firkins mistake but from then on it was Auto Trim and Design in Sarasota that cut into the paint and burnt the grille along with a combination of defective parts from the factory causing delays. Bottom line is shame on Chrysler for cutting corners on final quality inspections. All this could have been avoided. More

It was a very smooth transaction. Huge selection. If you know what you want and what you are comfortable spending this sales person did not try to convince you to go above your means. Huge selection. In contrast a high pressure sales person can be difficult to deal with. In the case that milage and price was an unknown she was patient and helpful in working through this. Both finance people we had occasion to work with were efficient and helpful. More

I was not exactly sure what I wanted and originally came in May of this year but got serious again in July and we finally closed on September 30th. More
