Johnny, Thank you for the follow up. I have spoken to Sunny as well as Mr. Davenport. I have been lied to by both of them. Sunny even gave me a false tracking number! Who does that??? Judy from your title department called me today. Long story short, the check for my payoff, which is the wrong amount, by the way, was sent to a Wells Fargo BRANCH, not to the address that was given to them at the time of the payoff call. She SAYS she will cancel the check and issue a new one and send it UPS tomorrow afternoon. I have a hard time trusting this will happen. I am very frustrated and exhausted dealing with this dealership. I have received the worst possible service from everyone involved. I would appreciate any help you can give to my situation. I need my trade in paid off immediately to avoid another ding on my credit! Thank you, Angie

They told me that the original address was incorrect from Wells Fargo and they have reissued the check to the correct address according to our title clerk. mr. duong, how can i believe anything from this dealership. i have talked to numerous individuals there and really have not revived the truth from anybody. even if they said something that couldn't happen they could at least answer the phone and tell me what they told me had changed. this was even the case with the gm dave davenport. i purchased my car many months ago and still have not received my tags. i have not received the things mike saba promised me and i had to take the car in for service 2 days after i got home and got a very high bill. the Mercedes Benz(mb) dealer here said they would never sale a car that had those issues and the only thing you guys had to do was service the car before you sold it to me which mike said it had been but guess what he has not. the mb dealer also told me if i contacted the company. mb that is, that the company could stop you guys from carrying their autos if you were going to mis represent them. then after i complained to the gm and richard in the finance dept, i got yelled at by mr. richard deemer, and only after i threatened a lawsuit and letting my lawyer handle it did mr. ron martin get involved. he tried to help but he didn't last long. and yes i was wrong when i said nobody told me the truth, mr. nartin did when he told me that dealership was unorganized, unprofessional. i got that in an email and still have it. so you see mr. doung on why i am not trusting anything that comes out of that dealership...would you?

I do apologize for the situation you had to endure with the old management and staff members but they are no longer here at this dealership. Every staff member has been replaced and moving forward we will not have this issue again with any of our clients. Please let me know if there is anything we can do to make this right. Just received tags and I didn't receive the check for the manual I had to buy and the work done at Mb dealership here because it wasn't done when I picked up car. I was promised if I took car of these things I would be reimbursed. I only was reimbursed for the floor mats, and jack that was missing. They sent a check for the floor mats and sent me a tire jack after months of calling for them and mike actually telling me the car did not come with a jack because you wouldn't need them because it had flat run tires. This was not believable at all then local Mb dealership said he was full of it and assured me the car came with jack. So I am due reimbursement for manual I purchased and work done on car after I purchased. Days after I purchased because it was so bad..first auto staff said I would be reimbursed which I was for something's but not all of it. You can check with mike if he will tell you the truth. But Ron martin and Richard Deemer knew about reimbursement as well as Robert in finance because mike lied on Robert n said he the reason I didn't have the check was because Robert had not wrote it. When I called right back n talked to Robert he said mike had not authorized the check. At some point it was suppose to be sent but I still have not received it..again mike Saba knows n he may tell you the truth since you guys are cleaning house but he may lie to save his job. But many people know about this but ask mike because it was him I dealt with most.

I just got back into my office and will send info from local MB dealer in Greensboro NC for the work done on the car Mike said was done before I picked up I confronted him with what dealership said and done he said it was not done and that I would be reimbursed. He reimbursed me for the mats so the balance owed is $546.06. This is the amount on the invoice minus the $140.00 for the mats which I was reimbursed for in a check from First Auto. I am also owed for a manual for the car which was not in the car and Mike said it was but then he said it wasn't. He said that he purchased one and that he would send it but he never did. That manual is $38.00. That is not on this invoice because Mike kept telling me it was coming so I did not order it at the time of this invoice because Mike told e not to because he had one. Since then I ordered one but I do not have the invoice. I will call MB back tomorrow to see if I can get it. If not I paid for it with my American Express card and I know I can get that if I need to. Do you need me to get the charge from my american express bill to show the 38.00 for the manual because that was not included in the 546.06 invoice. please send both checks or 1 total check to my mailing address which is: Michael J. Graves PO Box 339 Burlington NC 27215 i believe you have m office address on the sales info which i am only at that office maybe 1 day out of the month. id for these things but i don't know what the cost was and i don't have the receipt so i really not that worried about it but it was told to me that that would be taken care of but again i don't have receipts so i understand if i cant be reimbursed for that. but i would like the hazard piece fixed as promised. the dealer said that piece is part of unit and can not be ordered except as a whole unit maybe you can get somebody to tell you different. but yes i received the check for the other stuff and thanks for your reply and happy thanksgiving.
