I went to go pick up my car after an inspection came back clean— it didn’t start in the parking lot. I notified them, and they refused to acknowledge that it was not delivered in working condition. It was later proven by my mechanic that they had sold me an unsafe vehicle that accelerates at random. There is no accountability, no good will. You’ll be gaslit by the salespeople and their managers with statements like, “we’ve worked here 40 years and done 40 million in honest sales.” What they really mean is they’ve spent 40 years ripping hard working people off. Sold me a lemon. Reported it the next day, they told me they'd pay for mechanic diagnosis, then just never answer the phone. Dont trust them, very used car salesman.
