Dealing with First National was a pleasure. The vehicle I bought was more than I expected seeing the advertisement. I really really wanted to give this dealership 5 stars, they get 2 on their customer service alone. Super nice and helpful, but I bought a 2012 Volkswagen tiguan se and the next day there was a huge leak they get 2 on their customer service alone. Super nice and helpful, but I bought a 2012 Volkswagen tiguan se and the next day there was a huge leak causing transmission oil to pour out heavily, however they did make it right and sent a tow and had it repaired 2 days after. However a day after I picked it up from having that repaired the check engine light came on and now it has a turbo leak and the part alone costs 1500 to replace. It doesn't seem like the used vehicles are checked out very well before selling. I really wish I could have given them a better review. More
