I arrived at the lot to look at a couple colors on a Toyota Tacoma and check to see when their next shipment was going to arrive. I had planned on purchasing a 2026 Tacoma SR5 because it fit my budget Toyota Tacoma and check to see when their next shipment was going to arrive. I had planned on purchasing a 2026 Tacoma SR5 because it fit my budget. But, They had a used 2025 Tacoma TRD Offroad with extermly low miles ,which I really wanted, but knew it was outside of my budget. I told Mike McCoy and the sale manager Jay Gurganus if they could get the price within that of a 2026 SR5 that I would buy it. After about 30 minutes the sales manager returned with a very reasonable offer. I was in shock, after decussing the deal with my wife , I agreed to purchase the truck. We purchase a new vehicle every 3 years and this was the smoothest deal ever. I highly recommend asking for Mike McCoy and I assure you that it will be a smooth deal. Thank you Mike and Jay for making this deal possible. More

When I pulled into the service bay, I waited almost five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Once I was finally assisted, I was told they do not schedule state inspections and that the wait would be 4–5 hours. Staff said this information was clearly posted in large red lettering on the website, but on the mobile page the actual state inspection notice is small and easy to miss. If state inspections are not handled by appointment, that should be made very clear during scheduling, or customers should be contacted before they make the drive. I was also told that scheduling state inspections is against state law, but I have not found anything showing that to be accurate. What I did find indicates inspection stations may choose how they handle inspections. Either way, the bigger issue was the poor customer service. I did not appreciate the dismissive attitude, the smirking exchange between employees, or the way the situation was treated as though it was my fault. This is not my first poor service experience with First Team Toyota, and I regret buying my vehicle there. I will not be returning for future service and would not recommend them based on my experience. More
I nothing positive to say about the service technicians at this location Every single time I have brought my vehicle in for service, I have to return because of their incompetence. My washer fluid is bone at this location Every single time I have brought my vehicle in for service, I have to return because of their incompetence. My washer fluid is bone dry, my tire pressure is different in each tire, and the cabin filter was not changed even though it was requested. 1 positive I can add to the service department, is the advisors. Unfortunately, they don't know that their techs make them look bad. More

Worst dealership. Buy an 80k vehicle. Have 2 warranty concerns at less than 7k miles. Ask for a loaner and told you will have to pay for it. I am under factory warrant Buy an 80k vehicle. First Team Toyota is the company you keep—for life. No, they’re not intrusive. They just care. Our sales associate, Oscar Smalls, has experience in, and strong knowledge of, various aspects of the auto No, they’re not intrusive. They just care. Our sales associate, Oscar Smalls, has experience in, and strong knowledge of, various aspects of the automotive industry. That's why we think he's top-notch! . Oscar didn’t know he was going to have a big challenge recently with customers unused to the innovative technology in today's cars. Why? Because he approaches every customer and every related situation with his refreshingly big smile, enthusiasm, and great expertise. He likes his job. In turn, we feel as if we’re with a sales associate who really knows cars, loves interacting with people, and is dedicated to excellent customer service. Thanks to Oscar, we were quickly able to choose the Camry of our dreams. We bought a Camry SE! Then he patiently answered our questions about the car's distinctive features and Apple CarPlay apps, for example, after doing setup. He also said we could call or text him anytime (which we've tested). Oscar Smalls delivers. He’s GREAT! More

That is great teamwork between sales and service! Thank you Monte!!! More
