I appreciated the opportunity to speak with you directly on 6/18 and go over the concerns you mentioned. During our call, we walked through the key fob and Bluetooth questions, and I offered to help schedule an appointment so we could look into things further. We also discussed your payment concerns, and while I did my best to offer guidance, these matters are ultimately outside the scope of what First Texas Honda is able to manage or resolve. At the time, it felt like we had a respectful conversation and reached a mutual understanding. That said, I am surprised to see this updated review, especially since some of the more serious claims you've mentioned here were not brought up in our discussion.
