It’s not just about the cars here, it’s about the people who treat you like family the second you walk through the doors. Throughout my journey with my Civic, the service center has always been amazing, honest, and extremely thorough. This most recent experience was pure magic from start to finish, and it took a true "Dream Team" to make it a reality. It started last week with Cameron Price in Service, his kindness and easygoing spirit made me feel extremely comfortable, he was so attentive and efficient while updating me on my Civic, and his great energy is what actually intrigued me to look into an SUV. He made the transition feel so natural. Then Nick from the Acquisition team stepped in with so much effort, helping me navigate my trade-in with genuine care for my situation. He really listened to what I wanted for my trade-in value, he was transparent and worked extremely well with me. I can’t thank him enough for reaching out and getting this process started. The energy continued with Sales Consultant Gustavo Bittencourt and his Sales Manager Carlos Martinez. Watching Gustavo was honestly inspiring, he was literally running around getting cars from inventory for my test drive, making sure every single one of his customers felt seen and taken care of, yet he never let me feel like anything less than his top priority. He and Carlos worked in such perfect harmony, they didn't just look at my budget, they looked at me. They knew how much this car meant to me and my family, and they worked alongside each other to make my dream deal happen! Last but not least, Rizwan Ali, the Financial Manager who helped us complete the final paperwork swiftly we have a busy schedule and he was so kind, informative and prompt! Every single one of these people played a special part in my journey. They treated me like family, handled my budget with respect, met my dreams with excitement, and most importantly, treated me with loyalty. Thank you, First Texas Honda, for being a place I can trust. I am beyond obsessed with my new 2026 HR-V EX-L, the Nordic Forest Pearl color is stunning, but I’m even more grateful for the Honda family I have here, I look forward to purchasing all of my future cars here with y’all! 💙 More

I had a pretty frustrating experience with the sales team at First Texas Honda. After getting a $19,000 appraisal for my car, I made a reasonable counteroffer. Instead of working with me, they dropped their offer to $17,000 without any new information or reassessment. The explanation also came across as very dismissive, condescending and unprofessional. Overall, it didn’t feel like a fair or respectful interaction, so I decided to take my business elsewhere, even though I bought the car in question from them had them service it for more than 7 years. My daughter took my 2013 Honda Accord in on 04/29/2026 for the regular maintenance checkujp and Kyle Rosberg was assigned to my vehicle. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and after the inspection I was notified by the mechanic of flaws that needed attention. I watched the video and made the decision to immediately correct problems. Kyle helped getting my daughter an Uber passage home while extensive work was done. I hope to meet with Kyle on my future visits. I have had four Hondas from First Texas Honda and always recommend it to my neighbors. Some have bought their cars from you. High pressure and deceptive sales tactics. We went in to purchase a used older model car we found on the website. Of course the car was "already sold" and another car was pushed on us. We were rushed to make a decision, and when it looked like we were not going to buy, the sales person, Dovlet, insulted us and changed his demeanor from friendly to surly. We had very little time with the car because the sales person said, "the detail crew needed to finish getting it ready to post". So we were ushered away from the car after a short test drive and overview. Back in his office talking, the sales person used the pitiful tactic of needing to feed his family. In order for him to make the sale he offered to put new tires on the vehicle. Unfortunately for us we agreed to purchase, but could not pick up the car for a week; they needed to do a "Safety Inspection". We made a down payment and left. A week later we received the car, drove it 100 miles and the check engine came on. Come to find out the Head is cracked. First Texas would not, in good faith, offer us any kind of help with this. On a call with Leo he indicated that he wanted us to be happy, but when it came down to it they did not, because our happiness would end up costing them money. I believe that the code was cleared by First Texas prior to sale, and that they were fully aware of the defect in the vehicle. Deceptive business practices. I looked up the owner online and he is accused of at least 4 counts of arson (2024). Couldn't outright purchase a property, so he set it on fire. Now I have a car that is undriveable. I would avoid First Texas at all costs. More
