I had no appointment so the whole process took a little long than expected but the dealership is a pleasant environment to wait. They even had a guitarist playing background music. More

Excellent service I took the wife's car in for a what turned out to be a nail in one of the tires, and the service department evaluated the problem right away. Since th I took the wife's car in for a what turned out to be a nail in one of the tires, and the service department evaluated the problem right away. Since the tire had to be replaced, and the proper tire was not in stock, we were given a loaner car for the duration of the repair. No problems, no questions asked, and everyone was happy to see us happy. Great experiences over the years here at First Texas Honda. More
