Also, the service lounge is very impressive!! We were provided with free snacks, hot food and drinks. It helped to prevent the 'angrungy = angry + hungry' feeling. Wonderful customer service! I was assisted quickly by Fred Mathis, a girl I've named "Queen" Victoria who helped find the right tire replacement, and "Little California", I belie I was assisted quickly by Fred Mathis, a girl I've named "Queen" Victoria who helped find the right tire replacement, and "Little California", I believe his name started with an "E" who drove me to work. There were four other men who helped me, two during the intake process, one who drove me back to the dealership to retrieve my car, and the man at the Payment Center.
