A different service manager was assigned to me in May 2018 who pushed me to get unnecessary work done - This review is really for Jonathon Henville. A different service manager was assigned to me in May 2018 who pushed me to get unnecessary work done - very disappointing. Jonathon did not do this and gave me the impression that he was being honest and transparent. That is all I ask for when I take my car in to be serviced. Please don't tell me I should replace something that is fine and doesn't need to be replaced for another year or more. Jonathon was straight with me and told me what I will probably need to have done in about six months. This helps me to plan ahead! More
