Scott Bailey provided an excellent auto service experience on our last walk-in oil change visit. What really made the day, in spite of me annoyingly leaving my wallet at home, was that Scott allowed me to take our vehicle home and pay then since Apple Pay wasn’t an option, I almost teared up that a stranger would grant this level of opportunity for me to demonstrate trustworthiness In today’s socially charged atmosphere, My anxiety immediately diminished and this experience put a smile on my face. I was so grateful that I got the needed oil change done in a timely manner, paid for, and still attended all the scheduled events for the with our perfectly running Passport.
