The service folks have always treated me fairly (all service has been accomplished at the dealership) and the administrative/business managers have conducted themselves in a very professional manner. I love my HR-V! Christian is a good salesperson. I was pleased with his service during the sale. However, he didn't seem too interested in helping me after the sale w Christian is a good salesperson. I called him and left a voice mail immediately after I left to ask him to get my license plate holders from my trade in. I didn't hear back. When I reached him several days later, he said they had been discarded. A small thing, but no apology or offer of anything to make it right. Not what I expected. More

An unusual problem The computer showed two cylinders missing. Since the coils were just replaced and the valves adjusted, it was a mystery. Finally, he found water in my fuel tank. Bingo!! Drained, flushed and filled with fresh fuel, problem solved. More
