Great process and very good communication by advisor. Recall was performed while waiting quickly. However, a transmission and brake fluid service was recommended due to discolored fluids. Nathan haas was awesome. One issue though (not related to Nathan)--when calling in to schedule this recall service I was told there were no appointments where I could wait for the service until June or la to Nathan)--when calling in to schedule this recall service I was told there were no appointments where I could wait for the service until June or later. I scheduled a drop-off appoint ment for a few days later. When I got there--waiting was an option as well as getting a rental car. Why was this not an option when I called to schedule the service? A bit frustrating to say the least. Why is there a disconnect between options available at call in versus showing up in the drive-up lane to drop off the car? More
