Myron was very polite and informative! He kept me up to date during the process, through text messages and he also came to find me in the waiting area when the maintenance work took a little longer than an date during the process, through text messages and he also came to find me in the waiting area when the maintenance work took a little longer than anticipated (about 1 hour and 45 minutes.)
