I bought a 2020 Honda Accord Sport, the dealership was great The salesman was wonderful. The Finance guy is a word smith full of it, had us pay for something we can't use. We were told our car was cove great The salesman was wonderful. The Finance guy is a word smith full of it, had us pay for something we can't use. We were told our car was covered from front to back and inside if we get this coverage 🙄 Paid for it and Master Tech ain't never heard of us. Got a scratch figured oh they'd fix it nope not covered we paid for it so we thought, nope. Finance guy says oh I never say scratches we can pull the tape. He may not have said it but he led us to believe it. Pay close attention when you Finance here. More

Myron was very polite and informative! He kept me up to date during the process, through text messages and he also came to find me in the waiting area when the maintenance work took a little longer than an date during the process, through text messages and he also came to find me in the waiting area when the maintenance work took a little longer than anticipated (about 1 hour and 45 minutes.) He then walked me to my car and retrieved the paper mats so I didn't have to do that later. I will keep Myron's card handy and ask for his help the next time my car needs service! More
