The day I called them regarding my recall notice they booked me with within 3 days to come in and upon arrival immediately connected me with my service agent who dire them regarding my recall notice they booked me with within 3 days to come in and upon arrival immediately connected me with my service agent who directed me to the waiting area while providing all amenities for a.pleasant 3 hour wait. Upon retrieving my car I was pleasantly surprised to see that the car had also been washed and looked as if it had been waxed. Excellent service!!! Thank you!!!! More

Sales was great. Since then has been very spotty to the point that it’s hard to review something that has been both great and horrible. Car was delivered (new) dirty from supposedly being detailed. Needed to have accessories installed and a surface treatment (that may or may not exist depending on who gets asked). Turned car in for accessories. That went great. Detailing again never happened despite Carlos stating the car was left with detailing. HUD misalignment was an idk shrug. Returned again for detailing and to look into a lane assist malfunction. On round three, got another idk shrug on why the hud doesn’t align center, a shrug on why the lane assist malfunctioned, detailing not done, and no clue what the environmental protection package was, no update on day 3 of what somehow took 3 days to do a diagnostic and a test drive, had to call (nobody ever picked up) then text and wait to get ahold of anybody, now on day 4 to see if even the detailing can finally be done. That the final delivery inspection wasn’t ever done has just been icing on the whole thing. More

Last weekend I took my 2018 Honda Accord in for a recall sanctioned by the manufacturer. The recall I was told had to do with the BCM. Typically in a car the BCM module controls the power windows, power m sanctioned by the manufacturer. The recall I was told had to do with the BCM. Typically in a car the BCM module controls the power windows, power mirrors, air conditioning, immobilizer system, central locking, and much more. To be honest, I expected a subpar service, and a long and boring wait time of at least 4 hours of my day. I felt that way because that's how automotive servicing, when it came to client care has gone. It's almost none existence with many dealers, even in the luxury line. However, to my surprise, Steven Deckert, the service advisor assigned to me- did a phenomenal job getting things done expeditiously. Yes, in good faith, I would definitely recommend this group to anyone looking to service their vehicle. Listen, even if you live in South Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, or Leander area, these guys are on point. Give them a shot. More
