Walked thru dealership and was happy to look at the 2020 models. Features, color options, and price were what I looked at. Nice to touch what I would look at on the Internet. Thanks for the freedom to move about the dealership and to look at my leisure. On each of my visits over the past three years, I would ask a question about my CR-V. I gain a deeper understanding of my vehicle and an appreciation that I take home with me. To this day, I turn on/off lights, walk around the SUV and pop the hood once a month. I keep the glass clean and vacuum it once a month. The service managers compliment my efforts and are courteous with criticisms I return for oil changes, inspections and when something unexpected happens like rock chips in the windshield. No problems with what is my responsibility to repair. I plan on returning as needed. More
