I was there for regular maintenance and was very pleased with the service I received. Ivan told me it might take 1 1/2 hours. I took a short walk and Ivan called to ask some questions and it wasn’t long with the service I received. Ivan told me it might take 1 1/2 hours. I started with Consumer Reports car buying service. After deciding on a vehicle I saw the inventory for local dealers. Selected First Texas because they listed the model and color I wanted. Worst Service I have ever had DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HONDA DEALERSHIP. Every time I have had a question I am treated like a child and always pushed away.
