Was set to purchase a Honda clarity from the dealership and through a few emails back and forward got an email from Jonathan Fisher saying "I will send you my very best offer on my in-stock Clarity. I will include the $500.00 Active Military Rebate for your wife. If you find my offer acceptable, I'm happy to make you an appointment to move forward. " Offer looked good to me so what did I do, I set up an appointment to move forward with the purchase of the vehicle. Two hours prior to the appointment get an email from Dennis Olmsted saying "The clarity just sold" no sorry we sold the clarity that we set up an appointment for you to purchase and do the paperwork. No phone call just an email back. What a horrible way to do business, don't have me set up an appointment to purchase the vehicle and then just sell the thing. Jonathan's email to me felt like a promise to hold it to the appointment so we can do the paperwork and buy it. Just a crappy way to do business. More

I spent a lot of time looking at all of the cars in my price range and asking questions. He had all of the answers and acted as though I was his only customer. I never felt pressured to purchase a car, which I have at other dealerships. Rich explained and demonstrated the various features of the vehicle, then sent me a link the following day so I could do my own follow-up. He worked to get me a great deal both on my trade in and new vehicle purchase. Rich is go-to guy for future purchases. Shawn Ogburn, the Finance Manager, was very friendly and helpful. He made the tedious process of signing multiple forms go smoothly and quickly . I cannot imagine shopping for a car at any other dealership. Customer service and satisfaction is obviously a top priority at Fisher Honda Acura. More

Service is Great thanks to Derek! Right after I bought my Kia Soul, this dealership left the Kia family of dealers. I wasn't sure what that would mean for my service situation and two years later am glad to report that since my initial purchase, this dealership has been servicing my Kia and doing a great job of it. Buyer Beware My salesman, Dennis Olmsted, used sales techniques that left me feeling tricked and disrespected. -When I told him I was looking for a used car he t My salesman, Dennis Olmsted, used sales techniques that left me feeling tricked and disrespected. -When I told him I was looking for a used car he told me they had a 1.9% financing for new vehicles. I found out when I returned to purchase that it was 1.9% only if you financed for 36 months. -On the day I was considering purchasing the vehicle, I felt like Dennis was distracting/pressuring me by going over information in the manual about the car before I even saw the final numbers and agreed to buy it. -Shady pricing tactics - the numbers didn’t match from the previous day. Previously he told me they would honor the lower price I emailed him from another dealership but then he “forgot” until I questioned it for final pricing. Also, I told him I did not want the extended warranty but it was on the final paperwork. When I went to the financing department to review and sign the papers, I felt rushed and the finance manager, Jeff Tomko, seemed perturbed that I was taking time to look over the agreement. This is when I discovered that the numbers didn’t match up--in total over $3000 more that I would have paid had I not checked! Also, an add-on accessory was included in the final price. -On the day I came to purchase the vehicle, I was left unattended for long periods of time. Dennis reappeared when I walked outside to warm up. Maybe he thought I was leaving. It took about four hours even though I had been in the day before and received pricing information. -Horrible trade-in experience - extremely low first offer and don’t forget anything in your trade-in vehicle! -If you had a negative experience, don’t expect to receive a customer satisfaction survey. Dennis showed me a copy of this survey at least four times and asked me to give him all 10s. Somehow I never received a survey thus I felt like the salesman/dealership is dishonest by somehow keeping those customers who have a negative experience (such as me) from receiving a survey. More

BE CAREFUL - DONT TRUST THEIR NUMBERS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE I would be careful doing business with this dealership, they can’t be taken seriously, the day of my transaction th TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE I would be careful doing business with this dealership, they can’t be taken seriously, the day of my transaction they did not collect the car taxes correctly, I asked twice if they were sure about it and they confirmed yes, after some time, when I did not receive the documents to register my car, they called me letting me know they did not collect all the taxes and I needed to pay now, which is unfair and incorrect because I added some additional services the day of the transaction. They did not care and just sent me the documents and let me deal with situation, having a car stopped in my garage and paying a high amount I was not considering. More
