Hi Kris, my name is Harry I am the service manager at Fisher Honda. We spoke last week about how your visit went, and I apologize again for letting you down and frustrating you. As we spoke, this was a terrible first impression and not up to our standards. As far as your concern with a trainee working on your car and as we discussed, finding candidates in this job environment is nearly impossible (as your eluded to your brother having difficulty in the painting business as well). That said, anyone starting any job would be considered a trainee, no one knows everything when they are first starting out. My frustration mirrors yours because we have checks and balances to prevent things like a drain plug not being torqued properly and not returning the items to the glove box. We failed you there. Again, I am sorry you had to return because of that and ensure you a discussion was had with those involved about how something so simple jeopardizes our relationship with a customer. Our goal is to partner with you (and all of our customers) and give you a reason to come back. Anything less is a failure. We also discussed about you coming back this week for you and I to listen to the noise together. Again, I do apologize that you have to come back and for that not being addressed on your last visit. I can appreciate your frustration. I thought we had a good discussion last week and that we were on track to mend our relationship. I ask for one final opportunity to make things right and to begin to earn your trust. I understand Chase had offered to take care of your next oil change for the inconveniences. If you feel that we cannot earn your trust, I would be happy to refund you for the oil change. I appreciate you being honest with your feedback and bringing to my attention our short comings. I will continue to work with the team. As I stated, everyone has to start somewhere with a new career, and I will do a better job to make sure those “trainees” have more guidance and supervision to make sure things like this do not happen.
