I read your review and wanted to express my sincere apology, as situations like this are not representative of our 50 years in business. My business partner and vice president of the company, Lynn Fisher offices on the Acura showroom, where the situation occurred, will also assure you, that this is no place for the situations or disrespect that you have described. We/I have sat down with the salesperson involved and covered your described conversations that occurred. He indicated that he meant no disrespect and is apologetic that his comment was taken in a hurtful way because that was certainly not the intent and has learned a valuable lesson from this experience, with his agreement that they will not happen again.
