I am very happy with how I have been treated by everyone. I just moved to Colorado from Texas and was told that Fisher Honda/Kia was the place to take my car. I went there the first time and Mack Gralund helped me alot. One of the big things that he did the first visit was to help me with how to drive in the mountains. I had never used my down shift before and he took me out in my car and showed me how to use it and when to use it to save wear on my breaks. He also looked up all my information to be sure I got all my discounts. He has been very helpful every time I have came in. I live about an hour away from Fisher Honda/Kia but I choose to go to them because of the service I have received. I brought my Kia new in Austin, Texas in 2013 but you would think I got it here. Everyone there makes me feel happy that I come there for all my services. More

I had to have some Warranty work done on our 2017 Honda CRV I took the car into Fisher to have them (Jason Norman) look at the issue I had with the passenger side front and rear doors. He and Harry Snyder reviewed my concern with the door/s. Jason and Harry agreed that warranty repair would be done. Jason ordered the necessary part/s and called me to schedule the repair. The work was completed as promised and on the scheduled time. Jason and Harry were good to work with. Jason is the lead supervisor in the service department and the person I always deal with when scheduling service on both our Honda's. More
