Our salesperson, Jesika Danue, was very polite and respectful. As she was new to the profession, she was not very knowledgeable about the car we purchased. The dealer trying to extract as much money from us for the vehicle as possible. E. G. a $900+- add on for a ceramic paint coating suddenly appeared on the MSRP, when I objected to paying for the added coating it disappeared from invoice. Does that mean the coating never existed? More
