Oil change and back hatch repair on Hyundai Elantra I take my Hyundai Elantra to Fisher Kia/all makes service. This service was for an oil change and to replace the back hatch support strut pistons. T I take my Hyundai Elantra to Fisher Kia/all makes service. This service was for an oil change and to replace the back hatch support strut pistons. The back hatch was not staying open, so Chad and the service technician replaced the pistons. The back hatch is now easy to open and stays up. It is very convenient for me to leave my car at Fisher for service and pick it up later. They keep me informed about repairs through the day and when the car is ready. More
Superior selection & price. Easily worth the trip to Boulder Based on experiences from more than 20 years ago, we always assumed prices in Boulder for popular brands like Honda would be higher. We live 40 minute Based on experiences from more than 20 years ago, we always assumed prices in Boulder for popular brands like Honda would be higher. We live 40 minutes away. We couldn't have been more wrong, We signed up for the Costco Auto Program (which only works with dealerships that meet its fairly rigorous standards for customer buying experience) to find a 2016 CR-V LX and quickly got a bid from Fisher that was better than we expected. Calls and visits to other Honda dealerships resulted in the same reply: "We can't beat that." We couldn't make it down to Fisher for about a month, but when we did salesman Mat Jones confirmed that the price quoted was still good. It was so low that we upgraded from the LX to the SE (not the kind of thing we normally do), and in five minutes he was taking us out to look at the one we had selected. On the way out, we saw WAY more CR-Vs and color options than other dealers had. We changed our minds at least twice. We kept asking Mat, "Could we get that one for the same price?" and he'd say, "I'm sure you can." While waiting for the car to be washed, owner Craig Fisher came over and introduced himself and Mat later introduced his sister, Lynn. Both were very relaxed and friendly, like everyone else at the dealership. He stayed a chatted for 15 minutes. Mat said Craig spends a lot of time at all the dealership's departments, and all the employees know the "Fisher Family Fundamentals," which are expectations for customer service. More

I continued to drive it and worried about my safety. I finally called Fisher Honda Kia service department and took it in. Jason and team found the problem after a couple of days examining and driving it. I was so relieved to find out that it had been the battery all along. I'm so happy to have my car back and not worry about it dying at an intersection or losing power. Fisher Honda Kia is not the closest dealership to me, but I WILL be servicing there going forward due to the service I received. More
Do Not Recommend for Car Purchase I went to Fischer Honda based on the positive Google reviews after a not-so-stellar visit to a different dealership. I understand that I was coming in I went to Fischer Honda based on the positive Google reviews after a not-so-stellar visit to a different dealership. I understand that I was coming in quite late for looking to make a purchase; I walked in at 6:45pm. The Fischer dealership lists it's closing time as 8pm. I called ahead to ask about inventory with my approximate arrival time. This would have been a good time to say that it was too late to come. Instead, I was told to come in and they could see what they could do for me. I arrived and went into having my trade-in car appraised. The salesman and his general manager/appraiser came back in and offered $4000 (due to hail damage) on my 2013 Mazda M3 with 55,000 miles. They said that the hail damage is a bit tough to see at first, but is a lot of little shallow dents. I knew that this had happened the day before and had made a claim to my insurance. I am not an appraiser, but I do know that I have seen much more extensive and noticeable hail damage. When I asked about this price point they stated that they are "a completely transparent business" and that they would have to report the damage to future buyers of the vehicle. They then said that they could not further asses the car due to "it being 7:30pm at night." When I asked further, they stated that they utilize NADA for appraisal values. They also said that they appraise "all trade-ins under fair ('rough,' per NADA) condition." This was then followed by one of them stating, "I have to protect Mr. Fischer's investment [in this company]." They then eluded to (by using their own experience) that I continued with the hail damage claim through my insurance, get "cut a big fat check," use that to pay for other things, and drive my current car until it dies. At the end of this, they said that what I owe on the loan "is a lot for that [my trade-in] car." This was said without asking my financial situation. In actuality, I had the money to pay off the loan in full, as well as make a substantial down payment. I was waiting to see how to maneuver it all best based on the trade-in offer and knowing that the hail damage was present. In addition, I had pre-approval for an auto loan through my chosen financial institution. I tried to just convey the facts of my experience in this review, leaving it for readers to decide if this is the car buying experience they would like. My mother accompanied me for support while I was at Fischer Honda. She said that she was speechless due to the tone of voice, delivery of message and manner in which questions were answered, insulting offer made on the car (in rough condition it still NADA book values for $5800 before the hail damage), and the overall disrespect that was demonstrated. She also said that it was obvious they just wanted to go home. My experience was accurately described through her perspective. I felt like I was talked down to and dismissed. They were not interested in selling a car. Rather, it seems that a few thousand dollars were worth holding on to, in order to protect "Mr. Fischer's investment," over selling a new car. More

If you're looking for a great car and good people to deal with, this is your dealership. I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a Honda (like most of you are), go next door and check out the Kia's. Terrific cars! Thank you Fisher's! More
