My name is Craig Fisher and I am president of Fisher Auto. In regards to Mr. Greenheck’s purchase of a 2002 Toyota Sienna van with 143,396 miles, I have offered up several solutions. The first time I heard about concerns with this vehicle was after I received a demand letter from his law firm on March 18, 2015. The letter demanded I pay $1,564.26 for repairs that had already been performed on this vehicle by a repair shop in Broomfield. This was without an opportunity for Fisher to at least review the repairs first. The Greenhecks signed 5 separate clear and specific documents regarding "AS IS” vehicles. This included having the vehicle inspected by a mechanic of their choice. I explained this to his law firm, but I never heard back from them. I also called Mr. Greenheck the day I received his demand letter to again explain why I cannot pay for something I didn't have a chance to resolve . As a “Goodwill Gesture” I offered to pay 20% of the repairs he had performed, or $312.84. He declined, but the offer still stands. Regarding the last sentence of this review, I must say that in my 47 years I have never chastised a customer. I'm not always able to resolve 100% of the customer concerns, but I always try to help in some way. Sincerely, Craig Fisher
