Within 1000 miles, brakes went bad, tranny started to fail, whole front dash system powered off and didnt come back on, car makes an awful sound while driving and my wife and 2 kids feel generally unsafe. When we called to ask about it...answer: 'well it should be covered'. not acceptable when spending over 25k on a certified pre-owned vehicle. Do not ever purchase from this dealer. you should really question Honda Fisher and their ethics. They claim a 5 star rating....total bull. Do not...i repeat, do NOT buy a car from these people. It will not be well taken care of, and they will lie to get your business. When it doesn't work out, they will not assist in any way. More

Buyer Beware!!!! Beware of this in my opinion, sleazy unethical & illegal practices by this used car salesman & his flunkies. Don’t let their lack of plaid sport coats fool you, in the end they will leave you with that stereotypical used fishy car salesman smell. Fool me once shame on Fisher, fool you after reading this, you were warned. On December 22, 2014, I made the mistake of overlooking the fishy stench & nagging intuition that I was getting had via the proverbial bait & switch. I purchased a used 2002 Toyota Sienna (“Vehicle”) from Fisher Auto, Inc. (“Fisher”). When I took the Vehicle for a test drive with the sales agent, Mr. Justin J. Kowatch. I asked Mr. Kowatch about the: ABS light, break light, tire gauge lights, as well as some vibrations & noise when turning, breaking, or going over bumps. Mr. Kowatch stated: “that the issues are of no concern because Fisher had serviced the entire Vehicle & Fisher merely forgot to reset the lights.” Mr. Kowatch also stated: “the noise was because the Vehicle is not new, but there were no known outst&ing maintenance issues to disclose because the Vehicle successfully passed a multipoint inspection.” I was adamant about taking the Vehicle to a third-party mechanic, but Fisher’s agent vehemently discouraged I taking the vehicle to a third-party mechanic. Mr. Kowatch stated: “that although it is an older Vehicle & Fisher could not promise that nothing new might not spring up in like six (6) months, the Vehicle did go through a multipoint inspection & that there were no safety or other outst&ing issues with the Vehicle to report at that time.” Fisher induced my purchasing the Vehicle by assurances made by Mr. Kowatch. On February 13, 2015, I took the Vehicle to get serviced at Broomfield Auto Service Center, (“Broomfield”). Broomfield, serviced the TPMS light, control arm replacement, & four wheel alignment, tie rod end, brake disc, brake pad set, front brake reline, bushing, & resurfaced the rotors. See attached invoices. Broomfield stated that in their professional opinion, the bushings & brake conditions should have been noted at the time of the Vehicle multipoint inspection. The total amount for the work performed by Broomfield is $1,564.26. I dem&ed that Fisher compensate me for this amount. In my opinion Fisher committed fraud & negligent misrepresentation, if Fisher knew that the Vehicle was in poor condition or had extensive problems, or if Fisher omitted important facts that would reflect poor condition or extensive problems. Fisher would have made a false misrepresentation of a material fact when Fisher stated that the Vehicle had been fully inspected & was fine. In such a situation, Fisher would have known that I was ignorant of the falsity, & that such a representation was made to be acted upon by myself in purchasing the Vehicle, & such reliance has clearly resulted in my injury. The fact that many problems with the Vehicle were noted as being obvious to a competent inspector bolsters my opinion. Fisher could also be liable for negligently misrepresenting information with respect to the Vehicle’s condition. On December 22, 2014, Fisher represented to me that the vehicle underwent a through multipoint inspection & that there was no safety or other outstanding issues with the vehicle. The fact that many problems with the Vehicle were blatantly obvious to a competent inspector would supports my opinion, & would make Fisher liable under the theory of negligent misrepresentation. Based on the actions & statements by Fisher, I claim that Fisher engaged in deceptive trade practices. When I asked that Fisher immediately compensate $1,564.26, the amount I paid to get the Vehicle functioning properly. The Owner Mr. Craig Fisher (As seen on TV) himself verbally chastised me for having fallen for their bait & switch with the nothing we say verbally is to be counted on bait & switch tactics. I talked to Joyce Adamson ahead of time and she had everything fully prepared for me when I walked in the door. She was kind and got me out of there in no time. They had to do some work on my car so I was pleased to know that they had a complimentary shuttle service. Not only did they drop me off at my apartment, but they also picked me up to take me back to the dealership. The man that drove the shuttle was the kindest man! I want to say his name was Paul (or was it Jeff?) He was very good at conversing with the various people he shuttled around and I felt like his friend right away. Altogether a wonderful experience. I will definitely tell my friends to go to Fisher Honda. I don't have anything negative to say! More

Doc O'Connor is a true professional when it comes to working with a customer. There is no hard selling, he gives you all of the information you need to make an educated decision on a purchase including leasing and loan options. I would recommend Doc to everyone thinking of purchasing a car new or used. An extra bonus is he is very patient. I am one of those customers that doesn't make a quick decsion as I went to the dealership a minimum of 4 or 5 times before making my decision. More
Outstanding service department. I came in late on a Friday afternoon with a grinding sound coming from my 2014 Kia Souls front end. I am from out of town and chose this dealership b I came in late on a Friday afternoon with a grinding sound coming from my 2014 Kia Souls front end. I am from out of town and chose this dealership by proximity. It was the best choice I have made in a long time. From minute one they treated me like a customer, (did I mention I was from out of town) Chad greeted myself and my two kids like I was a return customer. They took my car back immediately and it was diagnosed in 30 min or less. While we were waiting for the bad news the parts manager came out and gave my kids some seatbelt Hamsters and they even made me a fresh pot of coffee. When the service manager came out ad explained the repairs needed he was very polite and was trying his best to get me back on the road. He made several calls and was able to find the parts needed. Turns out the front wheel bearing went bad, they had to order some parts so I was stranded for the night. The service department provided me with a shuttle back to where I was staying and even the shuttle driver was excellent. By 9 am the next morning (ahead of schedule) I received a call saying the car was ready. They once again offered me a ride from the shuttle but it was not needed. I cannot say enough about my excellent service experience. All of this great service and it did not cost me a dime. Thank you KIA for the best customer experience in a very long time. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had Visited Fisher to look at the 2016 Sorento.....Ended up buying one the same trip mainly due to the professionalism of the staff.
