Mitch Davis assisted us and she tes On Friday December 26th, the day after Christmas, I took my Mother-in-Law into Fisher Kia to look for a new car. Mitch Davis assisted us and she test-drove two vehicles, the Honda CR-V and the Kia Sportage, and this was even on a cold day on snowy, slushy streets. Mitch couldn't have been more patient as he listened to her concerns and the features she was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about all the features and models for both Honda and Kia. We had a very pleasant experience. We were both very pleased with the trade-in that we received on her 2-year old Nissan Xterra. On Saturday we took delivery of the 2015 Kia Sportage. Mitch Davis and Jonathan Fisher were easy to work with and so patient with us as we worked through the details. I continue to be very pleased with all the folks at Kia Fisher and I would recommend the Fisher Kia dealership and Mitch Davis to anyone looking for a a great car and a smooth pressure-free car buying experience. Service After speaking with customer service at American Honda, I am led to believe the continuing problem with my battery is with the technician that install After speaking with customer service at American Honda, I am led to believe the continuing problem with my battery is with the technician that installed the software update that Honda provided to correct the battery drain problem. And, as a result, I have had to return for more time spent at the service department due to, again, a dead battery. I have had to return three times since the software update. I am told that the problem should be taken care of now. Only time will tell. This does not give me confidence in the technicians at Fisher Honda now. I hope I am proven wrong because, otherwise, I have been very happy with the service and my treatment at Fisher Honda service department. More

Kia roadside was there right away got the car to Fisher and secured. it for me then came in Friday morning Mack Jumped on it so i could get back on the road with a temp tire then made sure I had a new replacement tire also installed that day Thanks to the whole service team. Then while waiting for my car to get its new tire I started chatting with Henry which was working on the lot was a big help pointing me to the Optima's on lot before i met with Doc. Doc really helped me find the right car for my 2nd car need. The sales team got me an amazing deal on a 2011 Kia Optima. It looks,drives and feels like a brand new car. Thanks to Scott C. for getting me an amazing deal. And to the whole fisher team for their support in this purchase I made. More

I drove 500 miles (one way) to look at a particular used car on their lot. I liked it, I bought it, but on my way home, I discovered a couple of things that needed repair. Despite the fact that I purchased the car "as is" with no implied warranty, they went out of their way to make things right. They told me when I returned home to Utah and had my local Hyundai Service Center make the repairs, they would pay 100% for the parts and labor! That was very decent of them, as they could have just said, "Sorry, you bought it "as is!"" But they didn't because they wanted to be sure I had a positive experience with them. Great family-owned dealership that provides great customer service! Well worth the 1,000-mile round-trip drive to do business with them." More

Working with Phil there is no pressure to buy the vehicle, just honest facts about the car. My wife wasn't with me when I looked at the car so Phil said take it home overnight and take her for a ride and see if she likes it. I financed the car and he also got me a better percentage rate than I could get through my credit union. I had a minor paint problem with the car today (12-12-14) and of course Phil said we'll make it right. It sure is nice to have such a pleasant experience purchasing a car.
