Excellent Service with a smile! Called Fisher Honda to have them check a possible suspension problem. I forgot to mention the 2 recall notices I had received. When I arrived for my appointment, Harry said he had ordered the parts for the recall & they would take care of that as well as checking out the suspension! It would take most of the day, so the shuttle driver drove me back home. Everyone was pleasant & Harry was knowledgeable & spoke with my husband about the suspension & recall repairs. Service had to keep the van overnight to finish the recall items since my van is modified, but they kept us apprised of the work. More

Leasing a car can't get much more simple than this. 1. I call or e-mail Lori to let her know I am interested in another Honda. 2. Lori then calls or e-mails me when special offers/lowest prices are available. 3. I decide to lease another Honda. 4. Lori locates the exact vehicle I am interested in. 5. She sends me a best price quote, that I know no one else can match. 6. I agree and the car is ready and waiting the next day. (It takes less than an hour for me to be familiarized with the vehicle, do the paper work and drive away in a new car) I should mention that there are two Honda dealers within 10 miles of my house but Fisher and Lori make it well worth my while to drive the extra 50 miles to do business with them. Their service department is second to none and I prefer driving the extra 50 miles to have them service my Hondas also. More

I've been taking my Honda Civic to Fisher for service for many years, and learned a few years ago that they will also service all models, so it was an easy decision to take the Elantra there for service too. I like that Chad keeps me informed with a phone call during the day of the progress of the service and repairs. I'll keep going to Fisher. More
