Yesterday I brought my Honda Civic to Fisher Honda in Boulder, Colorado for routine maintenance--no appointment, just drove in. And what ensued was a perfect experience. And the waiting room was as comfortable as could be, and even though there were several tasks to complete, it seemed my car was ready in no time. Overall this was an absolutely favorable and enjoyable experience and I can't think of any way that it could have been any better. And especially, I can't imagine a more knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly service advisor than Harry Snyder. He was superb! More

I needed service on the TPMS light that had been serviced last month. I called to set up an appointment but I had limited time to wait. Henry is the shuttle van driver and as he was driving me to Enterprise last month. I called to set up an appointment but I had limited time to wait. He then offered to take me there and pick me up at the time I needed to be picked up. He was there to meet me on time. He is very friendly and safe driver. First of all I liked the dealerships frankness about how busy they were and if I should even come right over. Tom was friendly and helpful about all the little problems I had with my vehicle- and they were busy they were and if I should even come right over.
