I've taken my Honda Insight for service at Fisher for many years and have always been satisfied with the work. I've also appreciated the fact that I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of or given a hard sell about some expensive parts or service I don't really need. Tom has always been forthright about any service that is not necessary. Really, the only downside is that the prices are, as with most dealers, a bit more expensive than a local garage. But for me it's worth it for the knowledge and competence they have. This is especially true for my car which is a bit less common so most mechanics don't have as much experience with it. Several years ago I took it in to a local garage for an issue and it took them two or three days of work and they still couldn't figure it out. I then took it to Fisher and they had found the problem by that afternoon. I've only gone to Fisher for service since then. More
