We bought a new Kia Forte yesterday, working with Paul Frink. Buying a new car was not on our agenda, until our son was in an accident and totaled our Nissan Sentra. We did quite a bit of on-line research, and talked/emailed with about 7 different dealers. We also visited 3 other dealers, and drove other model cars. Working with Paul was wonderful. He was helpful, but NEVER pushy- letting us take our time. We actually worked with him one day, left and visited other dealers, and then returned to Fisher Kia (Paul Frink) the next day. We found that Paul listened to us, let us take the lead, and was just there if we needed something- he gave us our space! Paul answered our questions, but did not overload us with info we didn't need. We ended up buying a car (the Kia Forte 2012) that we had not even thought of- but once we drove it we really loved it! The sale was handled quickly (our 13 year old son was with us, and Paul was so thoughtful of him sitting through paperwork!). Overall- a great experience. Hopefully we will not be in the market for a new car for some years- but, if we are, we will want to work with Paul Frink and Fisher again! More

They went over every detail of the car and answered every question I had about the differences between the SE and EX that I had since I was teetering on which model to get. The only reason I went with the SE is because they had the color I liked and I didn't really see a need for a sunroof. I will definitely be recomending Fisher Honda to any family or friends who are in the market for a new car. Thank you for making my car buying experience great, I absolutely love my new car!! More

She has been a joy to do business with and I would recommend her to anyone. The deal starts with a very good price and everything sails through from there. When you get to the showroom to pick up the vehicle, the only actual time you need to be there, you are acknowledged promptly and treated in a friendly manner. Everything is ready to go as promised. The paperwork is explained fully and she will take as much time as necessary to ensure you are comfortable with the vehicle (which is spotless) and all its properties. I believe Fisher is a quality dealership. Quality dealerships employ quality people. I wish I lived closer than 50 miles so I could take advantage of their service department, based on the rest of the business I'm sure its a quality act also. One last observation, you know when the bathrooms are as well maintained as theirs are, that people are paying attention to details. More
