Tom Tomass, a new salesman, greeted us in a low key friendly manner. He was very helpful in showing us the 2010 and 2011 Honda Accords, pointing out the differences and benefits of purchasing each. He and Omar walked us though the initial paperwork and answered all our questions. While the paperwork was being processed, they pointed out various beneficial add-ons. Mark Brady was also helpful, thorough, and friendly as we signed all the subsequent paperwork. Tom then helped us transfer our belongings and Omar helped us program our way home. I recently purchased a new Kia Sportage from Fisher Kia in Boulder. What a breath of fresh air to walk into a dealership and be treated with professionalism from the beginning. The sales manager came out of his office multiple times to assist us in making the deal work and he even made us popcorn and bought us each a bottle of water. They really do show pride in the way they treat the customers at Fisher. Bottom line - I will never do business elsewhere - my salesman Jeff Katz was incredible and he even offered to help me program the garage door opener into my rear view mirror buttons so I could use the homelinked system. I just wanted to thank Fisher Honda and their parts driver for Denver which is Bobby. I owna shop in Arvada and order all my parts from Fisher. Even though he had already left Bobby turned around and grabbed my parts and got them to me before my deadline. Fisher is an excellent dearlship, from sales to service. I live out of state, and my daughter goes to CU. We bought her a Honda CR-V there, and it was truly a hassle-free purchase. As a woman, I have found that salesmen tend to assume that I am ignorant of what I might need in a car, but Jeff was respectful and made no assumptions ahead of time about what I might or might not understand. His demonstrations of the cars I test drove were clear and concise, and he allowed me to tell him what I was looking for rather than trying to tell me what I needed.
