What can I say about Fisher Honda/Kia. First let me say that I am not rich, well settled, or in a position that I thought I could get a car. My credit is not great. I have been hard pressed in the current economy and I've had to let things like credit ratings not be my priority. I was looking to buy a used car, something to get us through until I could fix the things that have gone wrong in my life. Phil Robinson took time to understand where I was, what had happened and what my transportation needs really are. I explained to him how I was not a candidate for any kind of reasonable financing. My own credit union said no, the other people I talked to said they could get me financing at 21% maybe more. Phil went to work for me. He realized that since I have a child who needs to go to Childrens Hospital regularly I needed very reliable transportation. Not just something to get me though. He brought on board other members of the team and together they found me financing that is very affordable, a car that is very reliable as it's brand new and arranged payments that are very reasonable. They understand being on a budget, particularly now in this economy. They understand that not everything that goes wrong in a persons financial life is their fault. They understand that bad things happen to good people. They also recognise when someone is trying to rebuild their life and are willing to help in that process. What they did for me took a massive load of stress of my shoulders, stayed within my budget, and will help me repair my credit.
