Recently, 5-6-24, had a dealing with Tony in the auto body repair department where he was very helpful in getting a door to operate correctly after I had an accident with my fender. First time at dealership, routine oil and air filter change. On pick up 2 hours later (promised 1hour) glove box contents were on floor, Car leaking oil and glove box was rattling (air filter change). C change. On pick up 2 hours later (promised 1hour) glove box contents were on floor, Car leaking oil and glove box was rattling (air filter change). Called Service and was told to bring it back in. Chas advised me that a trainee had changed my oil and his work had not been reviewed. I don’t think they even checked the rattling glove box because it’s still rattling. I called Chas about this, he did not return my call. I’ll be bringing it back in to fix the rattle. I’m also going to contact Honda because I believe customers should be told a trainee changed their oil, an experienced technician should check the trainees’ work, and you should get your car back better than it was before you brought it in. This is killing my Honda brand loyalty. If something goes wrong with an oil change a car engine could seize up. It’s not something to screw around with. Not a fan. More

I bought 2 Honda Pilots from Fisher Honda and had both serviced there. When I was in an accident with the last one, I purchased an Acura MDX, and have continued to have that serviced on the other side. Th serviced there. The service team is amazing, I'm confident that I'm receiving quality maintenance and no unnecessary repairs. Great value with the prepaid oil change card, too. I've had my oil changed at another place once and my oil leaked. Never do that again! Once this MDX is ready to be traded in, I'll be going back for my next even though I live quite a ways away and don't work close anymore. Although everyone I've worked with was awesome, Ryan helped me last time and made me feel like he was paying me special attention!!! More
