I found a great deal shopping online at Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Frederick, MD. The dealership did a fantastic job of communicating with me via email and phone depending on my preference. The sales representative, David Harrison, was a delight to work with. David was attentive, courteous and professional. He took the time to review our new car in detail with us as well as offer his services after the sale. The finance representative also did a fantastic job of walking us through our options and providing us transparency. I was very satisfied with my first out of state car purchase due to the efforts of the Fitzgerald Automotive Team. Customer’s Priorities put First I was referred to Hani by a friend and eventhough he was off the day I contacted him, he made sure I was comfortable working with him and we were set I was referred to Hani by a friend and eventhough he was off the day I contacted him, he made sure I was comfortable working with him and we were set to meet the following day. I went in with high hopes of a Jeep completely out of my price range. I thought I did all my research. Hani sat with me and helped me research all every option and combination to find me exactly what would fit into my price range. He didn’t have to. He could have sold me something way out of my range instead he made sure I had exactly what I wanted. He worked with a sister dealership to locate the exact car with options and trim and arranged to have it delivered to the site in Frederick. He was so patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was content. He even called the next day to make sure I was happy with my purchase. (I love my 2019 Jeep!) Very Bad Day HORRIBLE sales experience with Sales Mgr "Josh" (Joshua Gillions). Beware of this guy! Who knows, maybe the dealership is run this way. I've never had a bad experience at any car dealer until today. It's always been fun until today. This guy was hostile, insulting and humiliating. I simply asked for another $252 off the price of a new Mazda MX-5 after inspecting the car (this was after he reduced the price $200). I drove over an hour to get to the dealer; all the paperwork was done; I was ready to buy. I noticed some blemishes on the car (which had over 100 miles on it), so I asked for $252 less. Rather than being professional and saying he simply couldn't do that, or negotiating, he challenged me, got in my face, and acted hostile. I hadn't even met him until then. The poor sales rep, "Jessica," who is very sweet and professional, was backing up. My friend who witnessed the whole thing was backing up. Josh was off the hook. Is that how you sell cars? Next week, I'll contact the BBB and Chamber and all outlets available. Jessica would make a much better Sales Mgr than this guy. He's a bad apple. Best of luck to the good people there. More
