As awesome as car-buying can be I went into Fitz knowing the exact car I wanted and the amount of time I had to buy it (less than 2 hours). I knew Pete was the man who was going to make that happen from the minute I pulled up and saw that he already had the vehicle warming up! He knew the Rogue inside and out and was able to tell me all about it while we test drove. Very nice. Very soft spoken and considerate. All around great salesman. When I got back to Finance and finalized everything with Zach, I got another breath of fresh air. He was totally down-to-earth and even expedited the process for me once he realized I had a little boy at home waiting for me and my new car. Awesome guy to deal with!! I will definitely go back. I started with online questions & Jason was more than patient with the process of educating us in this new world. To add to the complexity, the car I was interested in was in Rockville and could only be sold by that Fitzmall as an authorized Hyundai dealer. Jason walked us through a process that, though time consuming on the front end, allowed me to purchase in Frederick rather than making repeated trips to Rockville to try to accomplish the purchase. He was VERY responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls and worked as an intermediary with the Rockville dealer to get our financing and to get the paperwork accomplished so that by the time we said 'yes' to the vehicle, the paperwork just needed to be signed. (We must admit that in the midst of the process, we really didn't understand the end game that all the paperwork had to come to Frederick with the car before we'd made a decision, but again Jason chaperoned us through, handled our frustration kept looking for ways to be helpful in the process and did it all with a smile on his face. I dealt with Fitzgerald for the first time in January 2006 when I purchased my used 2002 Honda Accord from them. Even though Fitzgerald doesn't sell Honda and I didn't buy a new car, they treated me with every courtesy and respect each and EVERY time I took my car in for service. Naturally, as my Accord is close to 250K miles and some systems were starting to fail, I ended up there again. I purchased another used car, but this time it was "certified pre-owned." My situation wasn't the easiest, but they were there with me every step of the way. Now, I'm just three days in as the owner of a 2016 Mazda 6! Thank you all, so much! Before coming to Fitzgeralds, I had gone to 2 other dealerships and left due to poor customer service and xx excuses. Jason was easy going and not pushy, and Josh was reasonable with my requests. When I left the dealership I had a "We Owe" from the dealership, and the service department was easy to work with as well, they had good phone communication about the progress of my vehicle.
