Our sales rep, Jason Saville, was great at answering our questions over the course of several days so we didn't waste our time. Even though we were already getting a great deal on the used Cadillac, we were able to do a trade in. We were on a budget, so didn't think a dealership would have something in our range. The Cadillac needed some repairs, which the service department did for a reasonable price. I really appreciated the thorough inspection that was done, including recommendations for repairs that weren't required for the state inspection. I feel like I know what I got. I am very pleased and I feeI more confident about purchasing from a dealer than many private sellers out there. Jason was generous with his time and very thorough.
