Mr Keyvan Arabi was excellent to work with during my buying experience. He kept in constantly aware throughout the buying process. I initially found the 2010 Dodge Ram on the website and was working with Thomas Barker from Hagerstown— he inquired about the truck on Tuesday 8/18 and said the truck was going through the MD inspection. I asked about having the truck available in Hagerstown. We communicated each day from Tuesday until Friday. My last communication on Friday 8/21 stated that someone might be interested in looking at it on Saturday 8/22 and if they didn’t buy it, the truck would be brought to Hagerstown on Monday 8/24. I made the decision to travel nearly 3 hours to Lexington Park to buy the truck Friday night 8/21. I was disappointed to learn the inspection still had not been completed when I was being told by Travis that they were doing it during the week. The inspection still was not finalized until Wednesday 8/26 and Keyvan delivered the truck Wednesday. I was disappointed to receive inaccurate information throughout the process and for it to take over a week from my initial inquiry for the inspection to be completed. When I arrived Friday night one of the service techs said that he had just washed the outside and was going to get the interior the next day (Saturday). Keyvan was delayed an hour delivering the truck by an hour because the truck still had not been detailed on the inside. To have the buying process dragged out to 8 days from my initial inquiry was very disappointing and then to have to spend an additional $300 to have a 2nd key was equally disappointing. Had I to do over again — I might just work with another local vendor. I will say the rest of the staff that I interacted with Friday night we all very nice. I purchased a Jeep Renegade from Fitzgerald last year and discovered it was not what I was looking for and I needed more space and comfort. After speaking with Keyvan and explaining my needs Keyvan recommended the Jeep Cherokee Lariat Plus 4×4. I didn't think it would have the comfort and ride I was looking for but boy was I wrong! It was exactly what I was looking for in both size and comfort. It is awesome having a sales person listen to the customer and know the vehicles they are offering.
