This was such a GREAT experience. Fitzgerald employees SURPASSED the emplyees of Park Dodge. They showed professionalism, courtesy, RESPECT, and friendliness. They found the best interest rate; and met m SURPASSED the emplyees of Park Dodge. They showed professionalism, courtesy, RESPECT, and friendliness. They found the best interest rate; and met my schedule as it was a busy day and I needed to leave by a specific time. I also liked being greeted when first entering the building; how everyone involved introduce themself; they made you feel important and special at the same time. When it was owned by "Park Dodge"; the sales people were "stunned" when I stated I wanted a specific vehicle; their actions was a big turn off, they did not respect their customer; my son felt the were "idiots, and rude". Again My Sincere thanks for EXCELLENT Customer Service. More
