I saw a billboard for FitzMall that said they valued client's business and were honest and fair, I felt like I should give them a try and I am so glad I did because last night I came home with my brand new 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe from the Clearwater Hyundai FitzMall and I couldn't be happier with the car or the buying experience! Mike Enix did an amazing job helping me and I never once felt pressured like with other dealerships. I got an AWESOME price on the whole package and the wonderful woman who helped me sign all the paperwork got me an amazing interest rate. She didn't even try to talk me into any extras I didn't want. Her words were "It's whatever YOU want". I loved it! It really was such a pleasant experience from the minute I walked in to the minute I drove away in our new car. I'll be referring everyone I know to the FitzMall closest to them! THANK YOU!!! More

My wife and I just finished buying a new car, and it's been some time since we last did this. They value earning a few extra dollars over customer satisfaction and developing personal relationships. Fortunately, we found Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Clearwater, Florida. They were 200 miles from where we live, so face-to-face meetings were difficult. With two phones calls, they found the car we wanted with a price that was thousands lower than the local dealers. The deal was done in record time. But the best was yet to come. The experience of meeting the team at Fitzgerald and picking up the car was most memorable. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, courteous, and generous with their time. When we arrived at the dealership, our car was waiting out front, fully detailed and ready to go. It took less than 30 minutes to complete the paperwork, thanks to their well tuned process. Our salesman, Bill Douglass, then spent the next hour going over each feature in the SUV, explaining every control, pointing out the new technology in the dashboard and under the hood, even identifying the location of each storage compartment. We left the dealership well educated about our new SUV and very pleased with our new SUV and our new dealership. I highly recommend checking with Fitzgerald Auto Mall early in the process of buying your next vehicle. More
I bought my Hyundai Genesis Coupe in Baton Rouge, LA but immediately moved to Dunedin, FL., so I was not familiar with Fitzgerald Hyundai when I took the car there for a scheduled service. So well, in fact, that while waiting in the customer lounge I became a little apprehensive about how things would happen when called after the car was ready. No surprises, no runarounds, no excuses, no scams. I've been in twice for regular checkups for our Genesis and they do what they say and they don't take forever to do it right the first time. They even have a big display showing how some dealerships work unethical deals. Amazing. My Dad sold cars and every trick in the book is displayed on their exhibit. It'w worth a visit for the education. You can see the same info at their website fitzmall.com Hyundai is really killing other manufacturers. I had two Jaguars before this Hyundai. I only wish the service had been half as good at the Jag dealer as it is at Hyundai's dealers. Honestly, this is one fair automobile manufacturer. More

This dealership not only gave me a great deal but it was so personalized and really made my daughter feel very special and gave me peace of mind. I walked out feeling I had made a great purchase with no regrets. Their follow up was also an added bonus. It showed how they value their customers are even after the sale! I bought the car in August of 2007. The experience made such a positive impression that when I came across this site 3/1/08, I still had to sing their praises.
