I can honestly say that my automobile buying experience was pleasant. No high pressure tactics, only professional and courteous service. Leslie Gray was the sales person. My wife and I were very pleased to have done business with her. And the manager, Gordon, I would say went above and beyond that which is normally expected. They both made sure we were happy and provided the best customer service ever experience in our many years of car buying. I would not hesitate to tell my family and friends how much I recommend Fitzgerald for their car buying. We are truly enjoying our driving experience. The entire process of purchasing the vehicle from Fitzgerald Hyundai was excellent. The sales person, Dave Miller, was superb. They restored my faith in Dealerships and salemen. I had been taken advantage of and was in a very bad deal. they were able to get in out of it and in to a brand new 2009 Hyundai Sonata. Great price, great service, great experience. Easy to do business with! The salesman and the finance manager truly exceeded my expectations. I was buying a first car for my 17 year old daughter. We had so m business with! The salesman and the finance manager truly exceeded my expectations. I was buying a first car for my 17 year old daughter. We had so many disappointments with other dealerships not following through on promises. This dealership not only gave me a great deal but it was so personalized and really made my daughter feel very special and gave me peace of mind. I walked out feeling I had made a great purchase with no regrets. Their follow up was also an added bonus. It showed how they value their customers are even after the sale! I bought the car in August of 2007. The experience made such a positive impression that when I came across this site 3/1/08, I still had to sing their praises.
