I had a recording of the noises that the dealership could not replicate over the last 3 times I took it in for swervice. It still makes a VERY loud A/C noise. On line blogs and Hyundai discussion threads hav not replicate over the last 3 times I took it in for swervice. It still makes a VERY loud A/C noise. On line blogs and Hyundai discussion threads have dozens of people wiith the same problem. They have been saying that the A/C expansion valve should fix the issue. I also saw a replication on You tube of the same noise in the same model car as mine. Allthough other models also have the issue. I played my recording to the service adviser. She heard it. later she came back to me and said that the noise was easily replicated by the technician... I should have known it was wrong. They said it was the AC filter that wasn't pushed in all the way and vibrating. By the way they were also selling me a new filter! I said OK and paid for the filter. On the way home the noise happened again. I was disappointed to say the least. I called back and I was asked when I would like to bring it in. I said earlier this morning! We all work and it is inconvenience thats why I made a recording of the noise that nonne heard ever though it was listened to. I understand that they cant just replace things without knowing whats going on, but to ignore my recording and the youtube videos and the discussion thread was not good. I am going back in tomorrow and the noise has happened 3 times since then. I hope someone tries harder this time. They have all been very nice but I felt like I was going through a system and not being helped. The dealership is a good one and they are efficient but I I hope they get this done this time the RIGHT WAY. More

When I purchased the automobile I opted for the window tint which was put on. I had peeling and bubbling. When I called to tell them about this they immediately scheduled to have this repaired. I am on my second Hyundai Sante Fe from Fitzgerald Auto Mall, and I will most likely go back for more. My sales experience was excellent but the real proof has been in the continued above and beyond servic Mall, and I will most likely go back for more. My sales experience was excellent but the real proof has been in the continued above and beyond service. This organization is courteous, on time, and listens to the customer. I recently had an issue with my starter which was intermitent. This occured on a holiday weekend and they could easily have brushed it off as unable to duplicate or something but they stuck with it and found the problem. These are good people you can trust. More

I bought my Hyundai Genesis Coupe in Baton Rouge, LA but immediately moved to Dunedin, FL., so I was not familiar with Fitzgerald Hyundai when I took the car there for a scheduled service. Things were goin immediately moved to Dunedin, FL., so I was not familiar with Fitzgerald Hyundai when I took the car there for a scheduled service. Things were going really well. So well, in fact, that while waiting in the customer lounge I became a little apprehensive about how things would happen when called after the car was ready. No surprises, no runarounds, no excuses, no scams. I've been in twice for regular checkups for our Genesis and they do what they say and they don't take forever to do it right the first time. They even have a big display showing how some dealerships work unethical deals. Amazing. My Dad sold cars and every trick in the book is displayed on their exhibit. It'w worth a visit for the education. You can see the same info at their website fitzmall.com Hyundai is really killing other manufacturers. I had two Jaguars before this Hyundai. I only wish the service had been half as good at the Jag dealer as it is at Hyundai's dealers. Honestly, this is one fair automobile manufacturer. More
