I bought my Hyundai Genesis Coupe in Baton Rouge, LA but immediately moved to Dunedin, FL., so I was not familiar with Fitzgerald Hyundai when I took the car there for a scheduled service. So well, in fact, that while waiting in the customer lounge I became a little apprehensive about how things would happen when called after the car was ready. No surprises, no runarounds, no excuses, no scams. I've been in twice for regular checkups for our Genesis and they do what they say and they don't take forever to do it right the first time. They even have a big display showing how some dealerships work unethical deals. Amazing. My Dad sold cars and every trick in the book is displayed on their exhibit.
