A second go-round with OnStar was also resolved with their help. Fortunately, there have been no serious problems with the vehicle itself aside from a failure of the ignition key interface which was rapidly resolved. Most other trips have been for routine maintenance and replacement of consumables such as tires. Pricing for parts and labor has always been reasonable. In contrast to dealings in the past with other auto dealerships (Pontiac, Chevrolet, Ford, and Chrysler models have been owned in the past) my experience with Fitzgerald has always been positive.
