Extremely disappointing experience. Abel from the service department repeatedly told me they were still waiting on parts for my infotainment system and grille, but no one ever contacted me after the parts arrived. I was later told the parts had been returned, yet when I called the parts department, I was informed they had only been sent back the day after I called. The conflicting information and lack of communication wasted weeks of my time. Now the dealership is closing, my repairs were never completed, and I have to start the entire warranty process all over again at another dealership. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Horrible Service, rude, totally no communication, good luck getting someone to even pick up the phone, when i finally had someone on the line and told them what was wrong, was first told i could wait for it, but when i arrived told i had to leave it, then car not ready when told it would be, and then told that they lost my key, did not bother to notify when new one came in, only when i called asked about it did i find out it the key had been sitting there for a week, and then they refused to mail it to me! So once again had to make the trip there. And this was for a car that I purchased there new! Never again!

I leased my 3rd Cadillac today using my same salesman, Robert Alexander at Capital Cadillac. Once again, Robert was able to anticipate what I wanted and like, He was able to have precisely what I wanted and what suits me. It is refreshing to have someone in this business who does not make you feel "pressured" and who honors what I think is right for me. In years past, I have had the opposite opinion of some car dealers and salesmen. Not only was Robert hospitable, Kevin Graham remembered many things he and I had discussed 3 1/2 years ago when I leased my last Cadillac. These personable touches make a customer feel appreciated and that they are not being "sold a bill of goods." LOL. Even if we are, I feel better about it because the dealership is so helpful and concerned about making my experience wonderful.

Called multiple times and the only choice was to leave a message and someone would get back to you. Left several messages and no return call. How are you supposed to buy parts when you can't even find out if they have the part??? When should a potential customer expect a call back when their vehicle is broke down? Days later?
