Terrific car buying experience I had been looking to purchase a 2016 Hyundai Tucson AWD Limited with Ultimate package for some time. My experiences with a few other Hyundai dealers I had been looking to purchase a 2016 Hyundai Tucson AWD Limited with Ultimate package for some time. My experiences with a few other Hyundai dealers in Maryland were to put it mildly terrible. I was beginning to believe that all Hyundai dealers were bad ( I am a long time Honda owner). I contacted Fitzgerald Hyundai and began a chat with Jeff Shaver concerning my interests in a specific car, the car I was planning on trading-in etc. The texting addressed all of my concerns and Jeff told me that he while he didn't have the model I wanted with the package I wanted in the color I wanted that he could get it. He told me he would notify me as soon as he got it. During this texting he agreed to a very competitive price. He notified me within a couple of days that the car had arrived. I stopped by the dealership and Jeff came over and told me that I would be dealing with one of his salespeople Ben Samtani. Ben couldn't have been more helpful. He went over all of the paperwork, quickly agreed to a very fair trade-in price for my car and explained all of the features on my new car. I have purchased a number of cars of the years and this was one of my best experiences. No hard sell, no bait and switch, no attempts to get us to buy unwanted services or warranties. Great experience, great follow-up later. I would highly recommend them. More

It is definitely the right car for me, the best value in its class. Mike and Ben were very helpful in identifying the best car for my needs. They informed me of the various extended warranties, paint and cloth treatments, buyer protection plan, and so on, but there was no pressure at all to buy any of them. There was no haggling at all over price. Fitzgerald Hyundai posts all their inventory on their website with their prices. Those prices are excellent, far lower than True Car quotes. Fitzgerald had the model I wanted in stock in every available exterior color and with the options I wanted. Service has been just as good. I took the car in for an oil change recently (no problems at all), so that was my first experience with the service department. They gave me the appointment time I wanted, were very courteous, performed the oil change and inspection in the stated time (1 hour), and washed the car. All the other employees I have met—the general sales manager, sales manager, service advisors, cashier, etc.—have also been very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and highly professional. This is a top notch dealership. I have no reservations in giving Fitzgerald Hyundai my highest recommendation. I would buy my next car from them if I got another Hyundai. More
