I originally came to Fitzgerald to lease a Rav4 Limited. I was initially worried about their "no-haggle" pricing but it really is the cheapest price and it's nice not to have to worry that I'm getting cheated. Ultimately I decided leasing wasn't for me and I could tell Khy was disappointed but he was very professional about it. A few months later I saw they had a great used Rav4 Limited, for a great price. I test drove it and loved it but needed to think it over. Khy warned me another couple had seen and liked the car but it was a Thursday afternoon, what were the chances they were going to sell it while I thought it over and ran errands for an hour? Well of course when I called to say I was coming in, Khy told me the car had sold half an hour after I left. My fault and my loss. He will work with you on the price and not afraid to put his price and PTA in writing and not afraid to let you take it to salesman Ali right away.
